When will my order ship?

All orders are packaged in the order they were received. I try my very best to have all items in stock and ready to ship so I can get orders out fast! 

Current turnaround time is 1-3 days

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and generally should arrive within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 
  
Can you combine orders so they ship together?
Absolutely! If you place multiple orders, send us an email with your order numbers to have them combined and any shipping overages refunded.

 

How are your prices so low? Does that mean they're made in China or low in quality?

We believe that handmade should be accessible to everyone! That is why we will always continue to provide high quality, handmade accessories that are current in style and trends at affordable and obtainable price points.

Our accessories are completely handmade here in Arizona. While our supplies come from all over the world, we work very hard to source the highest quality materials at the lowest prices possible in order to pass those savings along to you!

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all items are final sale and there are no refunds/exchanges.

What happens if my item(s) come apart?
I do my very best to insure all of our accessories are durable and made to last. However, I cannot guarantee any pieces that are constantly deliberately yanked or pulled. If a piece happens to get damaged from normal wear and tear, I would be more than happy to help fix it if possible.
